Valerij Marusyak I earn a living by my knowledge in electricity and computing. Part of the money is eaten up by my hobby. It would eat up all the money and even more but for some deterrents - and this is right :) My hobby is developing various teaching methods. I enjoy the process itself – I like finding and practising modes, methods and ways of fast and comfortable teaching of something.

The very first direction I worked on was teaching touch-typing. I started it long ago. The work accelerated at times then slowed down. At present it is burning. It all resulted in creating the site mars-tt.net. In the section “About the project” I gave a chronological order of my research. The section “Theory” is devoted to theory and “Practice” – to practising. The last also contains the information on the simulator.

I practise fast and flawless touch-typing on my simulator, and compete on klavogonki.ru and urikor.net. I read messages on these sites daily and sometimes I write there :).

My second direction is teaching children to read. It was initiated by my friend’s complaints about the fact that his son who was to go to school soon read badly. It resulted in a book “Teaching a child to read. How? When? What for?”, which was published by a Moscow publishing house “Labyrinth-Press” in 2009.

As well in 2002 I created a site for the beginning Internet users “The map of the Internet” (training).

I spent my young years in the hero city of Odessa. At present I live in a renowned town of Nickolaev. That’s about all. :)
